I hit the salad bar most of the time....and lots of walking !

I usually use the little portion control packages...but Ive noticed that some have lots of sugar and usually dont keep me satified for long :-(

Sounds familiar......when I have a flare up all I can keep down or in is white toast and nestles chocolate milk . Weird but true :-)

we named our puppy....Lollipup ( lollipop ) we call her Lolli for short but Lollipup when shes in trouble. LoL
