How can I lose weight while on 20mg of Prednisone?

    I wish I could help you there. When I was on Prednisone I gained a lot of weight. And I was starving all the time-mind you I wasn't drinking enough fluids and I wasnt eating very healthy.

    I'd suggest talking to your doctor about it. They might have some suggestions.

    I know it's a tough one...my mother is on 20 also. She has been having a hard time but still has managed to lose a few pounds. Good Luck to You !!

    I HATE THAT STUFF, AND HAVE HAD TO BE ON IT NUMEROUS TIMES. IF YOU ARE ON IT SHORT TERM, THE WEIGHT WILL COME OFF AFTER A COUPLE OF WEEKS, HANG IN THERE.
