Haha uhh yes they compromise after a bit of whining, sulking, and pushing food around the plate while looking at it like it's a bucket of worms

Thanks @SideSteel - I was doing the make separate meals for everyone for awhile - and it's kind of insanity inducing. I like the idea of just doing buffet style things - that would work I think. Very helpful!

I snack! I can usually stay right on track with eating until about 3pm when my energy is crashing - and then I find myself ravenously searching for carbs.

I'm right there with you. I thought I'd have so much freedom and work out so much more when working from home. But I feel way more chained to my computer now that I work from home. If I don't force myself to get up and take breaks - I can easily work through the whole day without even moving - it's scary.

Great advice all, thanks! I think I just need to plan and anticipate around the time of day that I crack by allowing for calories and maybe adding more protein into my breakfast and lunch. Weight loss while WFH is definitely a lot trickier than I thought it would be!

Hey There! Just getting back into logging meals and buckling down before the holidays. I've always done the MFP thing on the down low with no "friends". This time, I thought I'd try it by adding some like-minded folks to keep me engaged and accountable. Thanks!

Welcome back! I'm starting over too. I lost 20lbs 4 years ago but it slowly crept back after crazy work hours. I would love to have a supportive group of peeps to keep me accountable and on track.
