Also remember that's just a calculation...you need to find out what works for you. Just because the calculation says that, doesn't mean its true. Trial and error!

It's habit. I used to go to bed late and hate getting up early. Now I can't stay up late at all, and I love waking up early!

Also make sure the strap is fitting properly and you've cleaned the sensors. Mine used to give me crazy readings when my strap wasn't fitting properly.

I'm 19, weigh 110lb have a sedentary desk job, never do cardio (besides walking) and my maintenance calories average at 2200. I was losing on 1800 cals.

Chances are your activity level is higher than you think. I work a desk job, so set my activity level to sedentary. It was at least 300 cals underestimating!

Absolutely hate it. I should be able to walk down a street in my own neighbourhood/city without being yelled at etc. It's rude, and you don't see me going round yelling out at strangers. If people working on sites (builders etc) do it it's actually illegal here and counted as harassment, so I don't see what the difference…

MFP's goal for fibre is way low. Recommended daily intake is 30 for females and males. But it varies for everyone. I usually aim for between 30-40.

I think it takes a while to kind of balance it out. Plan as much as you can ahead of time, but if something comes up (out with friends/family etc) try not to let it get to you and just carry on the next day :) This is life, so you need to balance all the other areas of your life with it too. Good luck!

I have two breakfasts most days. One at 7.30 which is around 250-300 cals and one at 10am which is around 200-250 cals.

MFP set my maintenance at 1550...I maintain at much higher net than that, so I wouldn't be surprised.
