    Somehow, during the last 15 months, something incredible has shifted inside of me and I'm confident and strong in a way I didn't think was possible. I didn't realize what was missing until I found it.

    This is really what explains my journey as well. The internal transformation is so hard to describe.

    ah! So glad you "get it." I'm not into cliches but "it's the journey, not the destination" has never been more true.
