Hiya, I have 3 kids, my eldest turned 3 last month, my middle just turned 2 and my youngest is 4 months. I lost the weight after my first easily but didn’t lose between 2 and 3 and now I have 3 stone to lose. I’m struggling to get on track as breastfeeding makes me so hungry and crave all of the junk lol

I'm 5 weeks post partum after having a section. I was already 30lbs overweight when I conceived and gained an extra 42lbs too

I had a section a month ago (14th March and ftm) and my belly is also still loose and empty. I often compare it to a deflated balloon. Try not to be too hard on yourself, your body (and mine) has done something totally amazing. It also took 9 months to gain the weight etc so will take that long to get back off. I also read…

I'm 5' tall, 163lbs (firmly in the obese range) and currently (very) sedentary as studying for exams in the next few weeks is my main priority. I maintain at 1,700 and set to lose 1lb a week as I have 51lbs to lose. Not everybody can eat 1,500 or 1,600 as OP suggested to lose, and I'd gain on 1,800!

Hey ladies, how are you all getting on? I conceived shortly after making this thread but sadly miscarried at the end of March so back trying to lose weight (including the extra stone I've gained comfort eating) and back trying to conceive again

My mum calls me fat every time I see her. I used to be a uk 4-6 when I worked at a stables but I've shot up to a size 14. My mum has been on a starvation diet (literally a bag of crisps and bar of chocolate a day) and for the first time ever she's slimmer than me. She freely admits that she was always jealous of my smaller…

Absolutely love mine! I've had it since August of last year and even my boyfriend (not an apple fan) wanted, and got, one for Christmas. I wouldn't be without mine now

I'd just like thighs that don't rub together when I walk lol, and a smaller belly and love handles, I'm not concerned with having totally flat abs though
