I had trouble completing the mile in junior high and high school under 18 minutes. My fastest back then was around 14 minutes. These days I'm consistently around 10, with my fastest being right under 9.

I love tennis too! One my main motivations to lose weight right now is to increase my agility and stamina for more competitive match play.
