I'm not sure where you're located, but if you're near a Trader Joe's they make a frozen fried rice that is low in calories in their freezer section and without all the sodium and added junk. It's really tasty. Just work the calories and carbs into your daily goals.

We spend about $600 for 2 people. My husband is a big eater and typically eats several servings of food... Even though we mostly buy healthy foods are main money goes to meat, cereal, and beverages because he refuses to drink anything but sweet tea!

I get a lite soy latte with no sugar I add two sweeteners and a dash of cinnamon. Also I will get an ice americana then add two sweeteners and a splash of skim. You can use their website to build the drinks and see the calorie content.

I watched this... on QED... the one thing they said was corn... because its gmo and not a vegetable it's a grain... milk because we aren't supposed to drink other animals milk... Othere than that I can't remember. But I found the lady very annoying so it just didn't stick in my mind.

I eat relatively healthy... Mostly at night after dinner is when I want chocolate... And it's in my house because my husband is a junk food junky and as much as we try we always have some in the house. I think if we didn't I'd probably still go buy it. As for bored I dont have time to be bored! Stressed not at night.

If you're eating diet food eat the 'real' or 'full fat' version. For example a fat free greek yogurt is like 100 calories a reg fat greek yogurt is like 250calories. Also try nuts and dried fruits that do not have sulfur or added sugar. I like some dried fruits with my breakfast if I have extra calories.

I make homemade corn dogs.... Corn bread mix made the low calorie way with low fat hebrew nationals and ff cheddar made in muffin tins.... Sometimes I will add pickled peppers or other mix ins to the batter. Super good treat.... although not 'clean' in any way

You can buy flavorings made for baking and mix in with a touch of sweetener. I like eggnog flavor or rootbeer flavor. They come in tiny glass bottle usually they carry them at drug stores/candy supply stores/ cake supply stores.

I'm afraid of tall people. I'm 5ft and anyone over like 5ft 8inches scare me. Idk why but i get real nervous like they are going to step on me or something?! It's odd.
