For me, its

1. Eggs
2. Boneless chicken (breast/thighs)
3. Raw greens (kale/collard/spinach/salad)
4. Salmon
5. Bacon

    It's funny (and actually very helpful) to see how similar everyones' lists are.

    My top 5 would probably be:

    Silk unsweetend almond milk
    Veggies- rotating among red romaine lettuce, brussles sprouts, napa cabbage, broccoli
    Dannon light and fit yogurt
    Bananas
    Ground turkey or chicken breast

    if I get to add a few more items to the list...
    kashi go lean cereal. I know cereal isn't the best thing for you, but I like it too much to cut it out.
    imitation crab meat because it's quick and easy
    canned garbonzo beans
    old fashioned oatmeal
    arnold health full bread
    father sam's whole gran low carb wraps

    It's really hard to narrow it down to five items.
