Hi I'm Doing my first marathon in April. I've done 2 1/2's before but a little while ago. I did 11 miles today. The weather was cold, wet and windy but I did it! I'm hoping it will get easier...maybe?!

Congrats on getting your London place! I'm doing Manchester on 10th April. Signed up for a 20 mile race (Ashby) in March also. I've done a couple of half marathons before (few years ago). Nor starting completrely from scratch as normal run a couple of times a week. Good luck withthe training and feel free to add me on here…

After my first week back on 5:2, weighed in this morning to find I have lost 5llbs!!! I doubled checked it 5 times. Cant quite believe it. It has certianly spurred me on for this week and 2nd fast day of the week today. :-)

Hi, Ive have just cancelled my ww subscription. Being going for nearly a year. Lost 1.5 stone in 3 months then ever since yoyoing. No point paying out money! Im doing a marathon next spring so dont really expect to lose any weight whilst training for that. Good luck with MFP, we CAN do it! x
