  • I love the ones made by Healthwise - I've never seen them in stores, I get them at my doctor's office or online. Low carb, about 15g of protein, and really good!

  • I had a gastric sleeve on on 5/23/2011 - down 10 pounds pre-op, and 20 more since surgery. I just joined MyFitnessPal yesterday, and think it's a great tracking tool. Best of luck to everyone!
