  • well 1200 is the bare minimum.. might be close to being too low.. to be safe I would go for 1400 so you get all of your body's nutrition. Make sure you are doing some HIIT training and some resistance training!

  • I never go out to eat because it is fattening and a waste of money, so I cook and prepare my meals ahead of time and then bring them to work, and at the house I always clean up, but I have to have my clean healthy home cooked meals!!! :P
