  • sassy water: 2 liters water i teaspoon grated ginger 1 med cucumber sliced thinly 1 lemon sliced thinly 12 small mint leaves. drink it cold its very refreshing and all these ingredients help with bloating! its from the flat belly diet you can make it the night before and let it sit.

  • low fat cottage cheese. sliced veggies and hummus i see a lot of people on here putting special k crackers for their snacks. i have not tried them but i am going to go buy them tomorrow! a yogurt cup
