    2 liters water
    i teaspoon grated ginger
    1 med cucumber sliced thinly
    1 lemon sliced thinly
    12 small mint leaves.

    drink it cold its very refreshing and all these ingredients help with bloating!

    you can make it the night before and let it sit.

    The "Flat Belly Diet" has a 4-day anti-bloat jump start, where you avoid foods that can cause gas/bloating. Not only did I get rid of the belly bloat, I also dropped 2 pounds. It consists of four 300-calorie meals per day (1200 calories total per day). The meals include things like unsweetend corn flakes w/ nonfat milk, unsweetened applesauce, organic deli turkey, string cheese, cherry tomatoes, tuna, etc. You avoid salt and season your food with things like Mrs. Dash, and drink lots of water.
