  • I cut out soda. I do drink a Pepsi max every now and then but for the most part gave it up cold turkey. I got the headaches a little but I took excedrin migrane which has some caffine when they got too out of control and that seemed to control it.   • I have so been cheating myself. Got a heart rate monitor today and tracked my calories while doing 30 day shred. Went from 300 to 900. ...my goodness.

I have been dieting and working out 6 times a week for 30-60 minutes and have been gaining very very slowly. I will go months with out losing but then the next month I will see 4 or 5 lbs drop off.
