Hi all! I need a challenge for an extra push
NSV: Try Zumba with my friend she invites me all the time, but its so out of my comfort zone I'm sorta scared

My next weight goal reward (WGR): going on a horseback ride once I am under 200! In may places, commercial horse riding venues will not allow you to rent a horse if you are over 200 (for a woman, men can weigh more and I ask you how does the horse know?), so it has been a long time since I got to go riding!

Hi I am Shawna. Been registrered on MFP for awhile now but really never got 100 % SERIOUS!! Now I am ready to make a life change. I have a personal trainer who is trying to kill me LOL !! But I am seeing results and loving it!! We are going for 20lbs a month :noway: !! That is his goal but I would be happy with 5 or 10 a month :happy: !! So this will be the extra motivation. I weigh in every two weeks with my PT but I will try to squeeze in a weigh in inbetween then.
so NSV: (there are so many ) Being able to workout with my personal trainer without feeling like I am going to die. My BF telling me he can see major changes in my body. Not having a soda in almost 3 weeks!! :bigsmile:

It is time to take control of my life and get rid of this belly fat that has taken over my body. Portion control is my down fall so I intend to use a smaller plate (the pie plate instead of diner plate) and hope this works. Snacks are also a down fall ( I like pretzels but to salty) this is going to be my real challenge along with getting myself off the couch or from behind the computer to exercise. But I am here and up for the challenge
