NSV - I had some random lady come up to me yesterday and tell me that I look nice and she liked my hair! So nice.

NSV: Reached a personal best on the treadmill the other day: I was originally doing 60 min @ 3.8 mph but decided to try intervals and I'm at 35 min, 5 sets each: 4 min brisk walk / 1.5 min jog. That's 7.5 minutes of jogging, yay for me!

I've only been on MFP for 11 days and my NSV is doing a 5 mile walk/run with the dog and when we get home she is done for the night, and I could still do a couple more miles. Eleven days ago, it was the other way around!

NSV: Last summer, there were only 2 pair of pants in my closet I could wear comfortably. Now, after "shopping in my own closet," there are about 12 pairs!!! Plus, I could wear a dress I haven't worn in at least 5 years!

Yay I finally found a challenge!! I will weigh myself tomorrow and officially introduce myself then. I have been on MFP since Jan 21011 and had lost 34 lbs when my hubby got sick and ended up in hospital for 2 weeks a few weeks ago. It's all good now but I got totally out of synch while he was in hospital and just stopped logging or exercising, and I have gained several pounds back. Ugh!! I need accountability to get me back on the straight and narrow! lol My latest NSV is that I am back!0
