    Can I jump in a bit late?

    I've done a lot myself but can't seem to shift the last 7lbs which on paper doesn't sound a lot but overconfidence and complacency has seen me reaching for the chocolate and fry-ups and putting a couple of pounds back on.

    Need a group to get me back on track and to have some goals and extra support in my life.

    NSV: Started a new job and a chap there dumped a load of chocolates on my desk (that no one else was eating because they are all on diets) and said "you can have these, you don't need to loose weight" (I thought, if you saw me a couple of years ago.....)

    Urgh! A pound up! Still struggling to get fully back on track with planning my meals and exercising. However, I did have an NSV ... I never went near the sale Easter chocolate and oh man I wanted to!

    Week 1: 151 lbs (Sunday 8th April) - I've hit a plateau, and I'm working on getting out of it!
    Week 2: 154 lbs (Tuesday 10th April) - post-Easter binge! Hardly surprised, I ate like crazy!

    NSV: My jeans and pants that I haven't worn in 2 years (since I was training for 1/2 marathon) are back in action and two pairs are already loose! 5 more lbs. and I will be shopping for another size. Can't wait! Only a two sizes to single digits, which is my 2012 goal. Sign me up!

    4/9 : 184.4 (NSV for the week: I went to a buffet Easter brunch and didn't gain any weight, despite the fact that I sampled a number of high calorie items including dessert. Extra exercise works wonders for the metabolism.)
