Eggs! Love them eggs! They are a good source of protein in the morning. Best to eat eggs with meat in the morning time OR eat a piece of 100% Whole Wheat Toast with some peanut butter on it.

I do have to deal with it sometime sweetie, but it just makes you stronger overall. The will to say NO is hard to gain, but once you have it down it isn't so bad. I actually see stuff now and don't even want it at all.....

I had a couple of really bad days this week. I typically try to stay at about 100 calories over my daily calorie allowance. I do not like that you can't adjust your daily calories needed on this site manually. I met with a dietician and she recommended that I increase my calories by 100 each day. I of course then went in…
