  • I have worked in childcare for 13 years and I have just decided to not eat anything from the school/daycare.... the food there is made for the children's diet and they have higher fat and calorie content...... good luck to you!
  • over the last 8 months I have lost 27 lbs...... I have pushed myself but knew that if I pushed too hard and make too drastic of changes then my weight would come right back.... give yourself a break you know what is best....slow and steady

  • Your resting calorie intake is different than your workout calorie intake. When you workout you can eat more....Just be very careful about what you eat. It is possible with the hormone changes after the surgery for alot more things to change, give time for your body to adjust and things should even themselves out. When you…

  • I met you at the church function you spoke at a few weeks ago. I am still doing good. I have lost 11 lbs since I started and I still have about 90 to go. Thanks for bringing the struggle and effort to real life. You are a great example to many!
