I do what you do. I weigh after I empty my baldder and no clothes. Seems to work okay I guess. I think you are supposed to do it the same way everyfime. I'm going to try to cut back to once or twice a week to see if I can tell the difference more. Great post.

Are you eating enough for the calories you are burning? I seem to be in stand still mode myself, but I try to eat at least 1200 calories a day. You may even need more than that.

Great post. I wonder the same thing. I normally burn around 400 calories a day. I want to burn more, but not kill myself. I seem to play this balancing act with the scale. Great Topic and I love your scenerios..I guess I'm on team less, but I do run sometimes because I want to increase my productivity...You know not get stuck doing the same thing everytime..Good for you that you are loving what you are doing and who you are. Keep up the good work.

Great Question and I am the same way. Feels like I'm working really hard and seeing very slow progress. I've be working out twice a day for an hour for the last three weeks. I have lost some inches, but no weight really...(6 pds). I don't know if I'm expecting too much. I have read that I may not be intaking enough…
