I know there has to be others like me.
I love deserts but am very limited to the deserts I can have. And usually I wouldn't exactly call my deserts "deserts".
Well, I found something that is definitely a desert. The desert is ice cream sandwiches. YAY!
I found this in my 'The Biggest Loser Desert Cookbook'. I haven't tried it yet but picked up the ingredients today. I am positive in it awesome!
They are made with Graham Wafers/Crackers and Low Fat Cool Whip. Just put the Low Fat Cool Whip in between two crackers, squish together a bit and put in the freezer. Voila! A ice cream sandwich that I can actually eat.

W discovered SKINNY COW ice cream sandwiches at the store and we feel like we are cheating! They are delicious and I would buy them even if I wasnt dieting! They are BIG......yum! Got full from eating one and so yummy! 1.5 grams of fat and 140 calories. 3 grams of fiber too. So not bad! So yummy but love your idea too! : )0

Make them about a half hour before you are ready to eat them. Otherwise the crackers get "soggy."0

Yes. I just don't like the sugar and carbs content in them.0 -
Just a thought, because I used those two ingredients the other day when I wanted a sweet snack at home.....
I mixed a little peanut butter with the cool whip and dipped my graham crackers into that.
So I'm thinking you could add the peanut butter too! YUM!!!
Thanks for posting! I'm definitely going to freeze them now!! :happy:0 -
