I guys new to the site. I'm on a new venture for weight loss and toning. My problem has been motivation. I have self-motivated myself by stepping on the scale about 31/2 weeks agao and was in for a shock. 171 pounds. That's not the road I want to be on. I've gotten past the 2 week blues and 3 week no go. I've started week four and down 6 pds. Super excited and need everyones help to stay motivated.
