I buy the Dymatize Elite from GNC. They have both chocolate and vanilla and both are good with just water or mixed in smoothies with yogurt, spinach, fruit, oats, etc.

i always have 8 oz of soy milk with a scoop of protein powder. usually i also have a container of greek yogurt, or half an english muffin with some peanut butter. ends up around 30g of protein, which keeps me full until mid-morning. (i eat breakfast at 6am, then snack at 9ish and lunch at noon.)

i just went through this about a month ago and will again in mid-september. i survived on greek yogurt and carnation instant breakfast packets in 8 oz of milk for protein. also, lots of soup, sugar free snack packs, ice cream, popsicles and KFC mashed potatoes (in moderation, of course!). best of luck for a quick recovery!…

I just replaced my battery a few weeks ago, but will try cleaning it tonight and see if that makes a difference.

i have the same hrm and sometimes i have trouble getting mine to pick up a signal at all. i've been just using mfp estimates on caloried burned lately, they seem to be close, but it's frustrating to not know exactly when i spent $100 on my hrm to know for sure! anyone have tips?
