If anything you wanna stay under in calories my friend. Losing weight is about creating a calorie deficit over time. So carbs, fats etc does NOT matter as long as your Calories are down.

Fruits wont make you fat and carbs are not so bad. We need complex carbs especially if where active. Fats is a little tricky cause it has no conversion time and it sticks instantly. These products need to be accompanied with proper exercise and dieting for you to get the full effect. I use to know somebody who did them throughout the day and they where a jittery mess. I'd stay away from them coffee before your workout is your best bet.

Don't fall into buying all the named brand stuff. Also dont go crazy on the protein cause you dont need tons of it. And p90X is ok but I found alot of the stuff on the video to be hard for somebody who very overweight. Try running, weightlifting etc while doing p90x it will benefit you more. Yea I still have belly fat and I realized I wanna drop body fat really. The next 10 pounds will be the slowest I lose cause I'll be concentrating now more on weight training then cardio. If I gain hopefully it will be more muscle but I definitely wanna get rid of the fat.

I'll tell you what I tell everyone else. Weight gain doesn't happen overnight and fat loss doesn't happen overnight. Have patience, perseverance and determination. Keep working hard and you'll get results. Dont be fooled by the scale also its not fully accurate. You can try measuring yourself or get your Bodyfat% checked.

Her body wont just simply stop and it will keep functioning as long as she has a fat reserve to tap in too. I dont know how tall she is or even seeing exactly what she eats. My quote on a recent post 800 calories might be a little bit of calories but as a small woman it might be good for you if your living a sedentary lifestyle. A lot of things you have to take in consideration people. Age, sex, height daily lifestyle etc etc What's bad for some might be good for others.

I'm not a huge believer in the whole starvation mode thing honestly. People who are anorexic never complain about starvation mode really. You cut calories you lose weight, its as simple as that. It takes "patience" also when losing weight I had a period where I didnt lose anything over 2 months. Just keep working and it will show in the long run. Also instead of being worried about your weight try measuring yourself instead. You might be losing inches and gaining muscle.

A heartrate monitor might help you get a more accurate measurement of your calories. But I think most of all these gadgets are off on the calories even down to the treadmill. Just keep working hard and keep pushing yourself, dont take it easy on the cardio. GL

I get whole wheat bread fortified with all the goodies. I figure if i'm gonna eat bread I might aswell get more bang for my buck. I eat Arnold's Triple Health Wheat Bread. 4g protein 6g fiber With flax seeds and all sorts of vitamins added.

Congrats, the food you eat doesn't really matter when it comes to weight loss. Studies show that eating just about anything as long as there is a calorie deficit will make you lose weight. I'll go usually with something healthy just cause I can have more of it. But keep it up

Low carb diets is exactly that "a diet". Proteins are very filling like chicken breast etc etc. Example I cant finish a whole steak but I can kill a piece of cake lol. I thought that 5 was a 15% lol And lifting heavier is not counter productive. You want changes in the body you have to put stress on it cause there is no food that will tone you up. Either by heavier weights Or more reps. 50 carbs 30 protein 20 fats is great btw

You should not be concerned about losing muscle dude unless you have maximized your body potential and have the body of a pro athlete you'll be fine.
