anyone know of a good one. I'll be going to the store later to pick up my fruits and veggies but I have really been enjoying yogurt with ground cinnamon on top with some fresh blue berries. I was just starting on on here when I grabbed the dannon All Natural Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt and it's really high in sugar. I am really wanting to get my sugar down I have been over pretty much everyday!

Bump - I'd like to know about this too. I love the light & fit or the Yoplait but the sugar is high0

Instead of the Dannon lowfat vanilla, go for the Dannon lowfat or fat free plain yogurt. Less sugar in plain yogurt. Or try Greek yogurt, it's higher in protein and less carb/ sugars!0 -

With fruit and Cinnamon I could try to do plain. I have never had greek yogurt so I will be trying that next!0

If you have a Kroger store...their Kroger CarbMaster yogart is very low in carbs and sugar0

If you can't stomach plain yogurt (I think it's disgusting) try checking out one of the natural or organic brands of yogurt. I don't know what stores or brands you have in your area but some to look for (off the top of my head) are Nancy's, Stonyfield Farms, or Mountain High. They generally come int he bigger sized tubs, not the individual containers and are on the bottom of the yogurt section.0

Greek Yogurt any day.
I add granola or fresh fruit on mine.0 -

I second greek, but it has to be PLAIN! or you're just getting the sugar back in. 20g's of sugar with the 'fruit on the botton" is not worth if to me.. that's my daily maxiumum limit.0 -
Another taker for green yogurt!! Add your own fruit in or not.0

It takes checking the labels. I picked up on "plain greek" yoghurt that had 240 calories for a cup. Another had 120. Our costco just added a new greek yoghurt at 120 with high protein, low calories and no cholesterol. It is called Fage. I have been eating Mountain High and it is good. I just got Nancy lowfat, and it has only 120 calories as well.
Don't go by what it says on the front. Read the labels. And yes, plain yoghurt takes time getting used to. Anything without sugar takes time getting used to. But, you can add the good sugars. I have bananas, muesli (less sugars than granola), berries, honey, peaches, pears, or pumpkin mixed in most the time.0 -
Checked labels at local Wal-Mart. More sugar then I need! Grabbed some cottage cheese instead. I can eat it with fruit in am or veggies in afternoon. Not that I won't have yogurt sometimes. Just not for a daily grab and go!0
