I have used the Carb Advantage shakes on occasion to stay under the count. They are much better than those high sugar meal replacement shakes.

I weigh on Saturday morning. I sleep late and get up and use the restroom then weigh in. It keeps me straight on Friday nights.

I run 5 days (m-f) I take the weekend off. In my recent visit with a personal trainer, she said it was fine and just had me add some weight training 3x a week. The first week I broke a 2 month plateau. It could have been the adding protein and reducing the carbs too.

Good information. So let me get this right....Should I eat all of the calories I burn everyday in addition to the 1220 that MFP alots for me to loose 2n lbs a week. I have been at this since last May and have lost 81 lbs, but seem to be stalling out. What are your thoughts?
