basically everything everybody has ever said in the forums ever. "omg u will go into starvation mode if u eat under 1200 calories and then when u go back to eating normal (aka the mcdonalds every day and 5 twinkies before bed diet) u will gain it all back. starving only makes u gain weight!! and coffee makes u fat"

i get those packets of instant stuff. dont have to measure anything so u know exactly how many cals are in it and its ready in less than 2 minutes. plus they come in diff flavors like apple/cinnamon, maple/brown sugar, or this kind i always buy that's blueberry muffin flavor lol i never get bored of that one.

if there's sweets around, i just dont have any lol. but i guess it's easy for me because im scared of that stuff. i kill sugar cravings with oatmeal or fruit. i usually have 100 or more cals left over at the end of the day that i never use. it also helps to just not buy junk and sweets and u wont have to worry about it.

i guess it depends on how you like to eat. like, you could have three 500 calorie meals a day, but you might get hungry between them and want to snack so i wouldnt recommend doing that lol. or you could have a big breakfast of like 400-500 cals and have small meals and snacks the rest of the day. which gives you time to…

nah, 115-120 is a pretty healthy weight for 5'2" i wouldnt worry about her opinion lol.

not much of a prob for me. i do shots of straight liquor or put it in diet soda and count it as dinner instead of having a meal. im a lightweight so it only adds up to about 300 calories by the time im wasted lol.
