  • They're so similar it's largely irrelevant. However, I'd always go with the HRM calorie burn and I imagine the treadmill distance is going to be correct.
  • I tend to make myself have a small drink everytime I'm in the kitchen, then I make sure I carry around 500ml bottles everywhere I go. I have no problem reaching my quota on work days, but find it harder on days off (if only I had the same issue with wine consumption on days off!!)
