Hey I have Celiac disease too! I've had it for about 3 years! Its definitely a hard adjustment but a good one. Gluten free bread is hard to get use too. The first year I didn't eat any of the stuff but now I like Udies bread! Very good. Good luck on everything =]

Wow I'm so glad other people feel the same way I do I totally dislike conda. I think she's rude and immature, and she makes me not want to continue to watch the show because she makes me so upset. I hope next session is much better than this session.

I had a great Halloween unfortunately the scale is paying for it. I go to Ohio University (the #1 party school) and I went out Thursday - Sunday. I went out for pizza and drank and gained a pound. =[ but O well I had a good time and I just need to really focus this week. My goal is to work out 4 times this week and cut out…

Thanks for the advice. I've already lost 19 pounds so I know it can be done its just that i'm feeling a bit burned out right now. Its hard! I don't actually eat a lot of sugar. I am allergic to gluten so that eliminates all cookies or browines things like that. My problem is salt. I crave salty things like fries or burgers…

what really worked for me is making my friends go to the gym with me. We planned on going the same time 3 times a week and it really helped. Also I started taking classes at the gym like zumba and cardio dance, and I ended up realizing I love dancing and its a great way to burn calories too. Good luck

thanks! I well have to try some cottage cheese. I do know they have that on the salad bars. But yeah eating in the dinning hall with celaic disease is hard. I have a special meal plan so they make meals for me alone. which is usually rice or some kinda potato and a meat. but yeah Its hard because they do make gluten free…
