  • I signed myself up for a fitness boot camp and committed to a year - so if I don't go I am losing money. So that forces me to go. But I need to do something on my off days and I haven't been. This week I am going to add the elliptical on my off days.
  • Same here - add me. I know how you need support other than from your husband. For mine its too easy for him to lose weight and it makes me frustrated. Hopefully in a few months you will be able to defeat your medical issues.
  • I hate it too! I can at least take my shoes off. But I go even more extreme - take off my jewelry, watch, and wear lightweght clothes.
  • You will love this site. I have been using it religiously for about a month. I used to do Weight Watchers but I did not like the new plan. It is so easy to use the database and it is great to see progress. I will send you a friend request - we all can use extra support. Melissa

  • I have this at home and it is great. I do a boot camp class 3 days per week and I need to do something on the off days. Thanks for reminding me how effective this DVD is. CW: 161 lbs. GW: 140 lbs.
