Hi, For me Breakfast 2 egg scrambed eggs with butter Lunch Ham Salad with Olives and feta cheese Dinner Birdseye eye cheeseburger minus bun, carrot and suede mashed with butter. Doesnt look much but i have decent portions ;-) Cheers

I thought i would add my 2p to this discussion, ive suffered the same "ignorance" i would call it about what others think about low carb. Ive also had the medical "ameteurs" tell me its wrong. I suffered 2 heart attacks back in 2010 and I would say the major cause of this was the type of food I was eating (pizza, takeway,…

Just wondering if its got any better for you recently, i found the key for me especially the last few days has been to have a small lunch, im generally hungry then come 6pm. Today I had a greek salad with some olives for lunch @12 I was starving when i got home this evening.

Exactly where I am at the moment too, im ten days in and was sat here looking for some inspiration for tonights evening meal. Chicken breast and salad i think ive settled for ;-)
