I love the Asian Chicken Salad. I do get the bread but you can get it without any side, or an apple you can take home for later if you like.

I think I understand your problem. I have a simalar problem. I should eat according to MFP 1300 per day. That is not hard to do, its when I workout I can't eat all the extra calories. I often burn between 600 and 900 at the gym per day. I could eat them all but it would be unhealthy foods and I would be eating them just to…

I used to happen to me, but I would be really good with my eating and exercise the rest of the time. I think the extra calories just shocks you body and you lose, but if you were to contiune to eat like that and not exercise it would catch up with you. Just be happy its working right now.

Thanks everyone. I have noticed this 3 times now. I have only being doing the "hard" cardio classes once a week. I do hope as time goes on I will stop having this in the late afternoon. It makes it hard to deal with the kids when I am feeling crummy. It did seem better this week when I kept a close eye on my heart rate.
-
I would say it was a mistake its over, today is a new day and more forward. I personally would not alter the rest of the week because of it. I would just try not to do it again :)
-
This would only be true if you were Not already calorie deficient

This happened to me too. I think its from the drastic change to my diet. I have more to lose but I haven't been trying, just maintaining for several months now and the hair is regrowing. Like you I have a ton of hair so I wasnt going bald and no one noticed, but now I have a lot of new growth.
-
I got this way too from increasing my protein. Once my body was used to more protein everything went back to normal.
-
This happened to me and the only thing I can think is that its from the drastic change in diet! mind has stopped falling out by the handful (it was really bad for me in the shower) and I do see new growth in the front. No one else could tell I was losing my hair bt when I would put it in a ponytail it was much thinner. BTW…

I was thinking water as well. Make sure you have increased your water because of this new exercise. I think you will find that you will lose and its better in the long run to have the exercise added in. Give it a couple of weeks, I think your loss over that time will be greater with the exercise then without. Good Luck

I do the same thing. If my weight does go up I work a lot harder to get back to that number and only once I have gone under that orginal number will I record it :)
-
Not sure about your burn, as others have said it depends on the speed ,incline etc. But it is good to mix it up. So I say do it again. As you don't want to get bored of always working out the same.
-
I'm with you on this. I weigh and measure everything, even the stuff I eat all the time and could probably eyeball it now, but no I still measure. The only thing that is not totally accurate for me is green veggies, I eat more but the cals are really low so I don't worry about it too much

Can I just ask some of the people that have had the really large number weight loss, how is your skin dealing? I've lost 35lbs this year but have a lot more to go, my arms are getting strong but are still very shaky flabbly will this get better as I loss and lift weights?
-
Yes I agree 800 is way too high. I would record the 350 number. I only burn in the 200's for shred but I haven't done it in a while.

bump, I want to know too

Canadian Bacon and Peameal back are different. I say this as a Canadian living in the US. My neighbors think its funny that in canada we don't have Canadian bacon. Canadian bacon is as you said ham. Peameal bacon is back bacon (almost like a roast) that has been rolled in corn meal. Its fantastic!

I understand why they say to eat your exercise cals, and I normally eat a good portion of them, but my loss has stalled for so long now that I think this week I'm going to stick to my 1400 cal allowance and not eat the addition cals when I earn them from exercise. I'm hoping that this will help me get back on track and…

I didn't read all the responses but it sounds to me like she is bored. I know my kids will eat more one day then the next. but when my son isn't doing something fun gets bored and wants to eat or drink. Once you know that they are full I would try to distract her with something fun to do away from the kitchen. I'm sure as…
-
I would say its the combination of both. By drinking water before you eat you feel full faster so you shouldn't over eat, but once you would return to a normal diet even if you were still watching what you are eat just not eating all the water based food I would think you would put some back on. It still remains healthy…

that bra looks like its made of iron, is it comfortable on? and is it a back closer?
-
What I try to think about (even though it doesn't always work) is figure out a ball park on the calories. Then figure out how much exercise you need to do to burn that one brownie off. Its amazing how much time, sweat and sometimes pain it takes to enjoy that one brownie for a few seconds.
-
I got it figured out. So some how without me realizing I changed it to start reading percent. So it was reading correct just as a percent and not beats per minute! I changed it back and all is well. Thank you everyone for your help in trying to figure it out.

I'm wondering if it is my bra that is pushing on it. Tomorrow I'm going to try wearing the strap under my bra and see if that helps. Oh and no, I'm not getting any codes
-
ok great, I guessed well
-
I would say make sure you eat your allotted cal's and drink your water. Also look at where your cals are coming from make sure that you're not over on carbs or fat or anything like that. Sounds like you are exercising well and you were losing fast, also check your measurements sometimes its not only the number on the…
-
How long to you roast it for? and what temp?
-
I think it is much, your doing great. Set yourself a smaller "mini" goal, otherwise it feels out of reach. Good luck your on the right track and it doesn't happen over night. I have to keep reminding myself of that
-
I admit I didn't read all the responses here, but wanted to say I have not done P90X but know people that have. And for what they have told me, they don't lose a lot of weight fast but they do see big changes in their bodies. Check your measurements I bet you have lost big inches. Good job thats a hard workout

Thanks, I don't have a hrm so I guess I either need to get one or guess at my burn
