First thing in the morning so I cannot talk myself out of it in the afternoon. It took putting my alarm across the hall a few times to get me used to getting up but know I'm used to it. And I look forward to it. Best part of my day.

Eat a balanced diet of carbs and protein. Just make sure you are eating a little protein and some veggies and fruits daily. You can keep track of your protein grams here.

Very dangerous diet. Bad for your kidneys. Ask your doctor. I found that my friends that have done Atkins have also gained all their weight back as soon as they started eating normally. Better to start just by eating more healthy. Weight Watchers is really good.

Ok. Just checked it out. I already don't eat meat so that is easy but giving up eggs might be hard... I'm game though.

I just tried the yoga disk of P90X. Good vinyasa session without the music. It was a good workout .

Same with me. Upset because working out a lot and dieting at my calorie limit everyday eating very healthfully. Only lost 2 lbs in 6 weeks. But...when we did measurements, I had lost 3 inches in my waist and 1 inch everywhere else! So muscle does weigh more than fat. You are probably replacing fat with muscle. :)

Yoga for me. I'm staying within my calorie limites and really upped my exercise. I haven't lost any weight in the 4 weeks since starting but I have lost 3 inches in my waist!

I'm vegan most days. Every once in a while I'll eat cheese or fish. Rare tho.

Just had their Toasted Nuts N Cranberry. Yum! Think that's my favorite. Peanut Butter Cookie is 2nd.

Use a tape measure. Maybe your replacing fat with muscle. I had the same frustration. Just couldn't figure out why I only lost 2 lbs after 6 weeks of careful dieting and upping my exersize. Just retook measurements and lost inches.
