starting the daniel fast today and wondering if anyone else would join me?? it consists of veggies for every meal and lots of water (tea included) i'm doing two servings of protein because i work out intensly and need some but you can move it around if you want... any takers??

Ok. Just checked it out. I already don't eat meat so that is easy but giving up eggs might be hard...

We would start with 10 days then take a week off to eat healthy (meat included) and then another 10 days... i would be trying to avoid new world crops such as white potatoes and yellow corn but whatever fits your body is best for you!!
(HINT) breakfast may seem weird for a while but lentil or split pea soup is good for breakfast... i also like mayasi beans and green beans for breakast... salads for breakfast were never my thing!0
