What are some really good yoga DVD's for beginners?

    I have the Biggest Loser for Weight Loss one and it's good.

    Weight watchers has one as part of a series. It is definitly for beginners. When you do it, it seems way too easy but you feel it the next day and you can always make it harder by testing your balance further than demonstrated.

    Oh, and I used to have the Rodney Yee PM Yoga and I really liked him!!

    I found the best to be the Yoga Zone series.

    I have the Baron Babtiste DVD it has the workouts broken into sections it's pretty good. (I think it's called Power Yoga) I also have a Pilates 20/20 which is really good too. (Yeah I know it's Pilates not yoga but it's still good.)

    Thanks guys! Helps!! My orthopedic told me to take 6 weeks off from running :cry: . He suggested some yoga so.....
