You need to give us more info, stats and possibly opening up your food diary. There are so many possibilities even with the info, let alone without it.

used to doing punches with kettlebells that weigh 5kg, surely a lighter weight on my wrists wouldn't make a difference then.. so why use them
-
For example on an average session I burn 600 in an hour training. That's with a coach with drills and sprints and everything!

Good for joints as there is almost zero impact. You can work as easy or as hard as you want/are capable of. Works everything out, and you can target different muscle groups with different exercises.

My "cheat days" usually involve me eating close to maintenance calories, and they usually come on non-exercise days due to social activities. Something I would like to change, but if you eat maintenance, or even a lil over, for ONE DAY.. can be a good thing

Swim?

If I could make myself go to bed on time to get up that early, I'd love to. So happy that you found a way for your to fit in the exercise, and it makes you feel so good. Thanks for the smile :)

Enjoy life! But there's no need to completely splurge. If you feel like having something, compromise with your cravings and have a little bit of it. You won't stick to it if you can't enjoy yourself :D

Definitely!! Especially the side on pic!! Well done!

No worries about putting on a little bit, if it keeps happening, then you're doing something wrong.

HRM :p

I need to up my sodium intake! If I try to have as little sodium as possible, I cramp, bad. I now don't not care, but I don't worry about my salt! :D Extra water for extra salt though.

ugh, disgusting

More fruit and veg and water will help as well as more protein compared to carbs.

A Heart Rate Monitor, or even a pedometer, could benefit you here. HRMs are great!! Or just add 30min of walking on MFP. Whatever floats your boat. Best thing about HRMs is their accuracy compared to MFP.

I do, but not like a switch. I feel when I don't eat enough for too many days in a row, I feel weaker. But, I also don't believe in the 1200 rule, I believe that there is a number for everyone, but related to their own BMR and daily activities etc.

Bump

Bahahaha I thought you were serious, then I read the last bit! I allow little treats every now and then, and also need to buy new clothes that fit better. I'm wearing nicer clothes now I look and feel bettter.

POLAR FT60 !! I love it! I'm a swimmer and it performs great IMO.

Yes! Unless you've incorporated that activity into your activity level. I have mine set on sedentry so I log all exercise. If I changed it to light, I wouldn't log the small everyday stuff.

Have you tried swapping a soda or coffee for a water? Or 'you're not allowed ur soda/cofffee until you've had a glass of water? Also, sip it constantly rather than having a whole glass at a time?

Learn to love it! Do something that is fun, that you enjoy, that you want to get up and do! Subway tends to have a lot of salt, and check out the nutritional information, coz some of the subway isn't THAT healthy. Drink heaps of water due to the sodium.

If you're goal is to lose 20lbs, then I'd say you aren't eating enough. I am not qualified, it is purely my opinion from what I've researched and experienced. Everyone is different, yes. But I think eating a bit more (of good foods) with exercise might help you.
-
Look at how far you have come. Your improvement in your health, fitness and appearance. Refocus to where you want to be.

Aside from the accuracy, it is a great motivator.

If you are having trouble getting enough cals, maybe switch to full fat instead of light foods. More snacking. I found once I started exercising more and snacking more that my body started to actually metabolise a lot quicker, needing more food and more frequently. Constantly eating all day. Add some calorie dense food to…

44 isn't old. I'm 22 and I don't think 44 is old. At any age, starting a new form of exercise too hard too fast is going to affect your body.

If you can't afford it, you can't afford it. You're right, you don't need it, you can do it on your own if you are motivated and dedicated to it. They should respect that, tell them you are very disappointed in their behaviour and unless they want to give you free PT sessions, they should quit hassling you about it.

Try drinking a fair amount of water before you go, that way you will feel a bit fuller.
