Since it's my day off, underwear is optional. Sorry, not wearing any today.

Nope, no weird at all. I like 'em too! Always have, always will. Same thing. I like 'em with meat on their bones. Just not sloppy.

Hello- I read your post. First let me say that your little one is a cutie. Congratulations! Secondly, I have been in a relationship with a man who works 11P - 7A for the past 11 years. It is a grueling schedule for anyone, for any relationship, for any family. That being said, I will leave you with a few comments for you…

Hi Sarah-. Welcome! Although I would give anything to be 22 again, I can't go back; the rules won't let me! Suffice to say, at 52, I'm at peace with it! Although I too, have Fibromyalgia, like you I try to hold my head up and be positive. I'm gong to add you as a friend. Please feel free to write me anytime you want to…

Pack your own breakfast and that way, you have options. Who knows, one of these days you might be surprised to learn that the teachers are just as concerned about their health as you are about yours. If not, you are still ahead of the game.

I usually work out as long as there's no fever or congestion that would impair my breathing. Of course, if I am coughing and I want to work out in a gym, that's a no-no in my book and I would stay home. Otherwise, working out makes me feel better.

Like you, I try to be mindful of what I eat everyday even on the weekends.

Actually, I think you did just great! You ate moderately, drank moderately, and had only minor guilt. Moderation is the key. Ultimately, it's about what you eat, not what they say. You control that and no one can take that away from you. Good job!

GREAT STORY! Good for you, and congrats on your new grand baby.

I drink about 16 glasses of water a day. It's not the amount of water so much as the nutrients in your body. Water flushes everything out including sugar and potassium. When these two levels go down, the headaches start. So make sure you eat 3 - 4 pieces of fruit in between some of that water to keep your levels up. Good…

Chuck- Good for you! You look so happy in your profile picture. Is it time to update that one too? As one 50-something to another, you are an inspiration to us all. I'm new to the site, but making a fellow MFP friend will give me motivation to do my best. Keep up the good work!

Very well written. Thoughtful and insightful. Thanks for sharing!::happy:

Hi Pat- The best advice I could give you is to completely embrace the fact that weight doesn't go on in five minutes, and it sure won't come off in 5 minutes. It's not always about losing every single pound at first. It's more about trying to learn about the foods you eat and the better, healthier choices you can make…

I am a HUGE fan of the Eat Clean Diet. I try to eat as clean as I can. The only catch is that you have to decide that you are going to only eat what is recommended and not incorporate your favorite-can't-live-without-it foods. Try not to consider it a weight loss diet, consider it a way of life diet. Your skin, hair and…

Sounds YUMMY!!! Will try it and let you know what I think. Thanks for sharing!!!

I just read where Mary Lou Retton said that every now and then, it's good to take a rest. That said, I don't have to tell you that it's tough to get started some days, but the sense of accomplishment is worth it EVERY day! Good luck!

I could give you a scientific answer, but the long and short of it is, the recommendations are fairly specific. Nothing, however, is written in stone. A lot depends on nutrition, and variety of foods too. I suggest you try things your way for a while. if you don't get the results you are hoping for, try it MFP's way. Good…
