What program are you doing that has you running 6 days a week??? That seems like a whole lot. I do 3 maybe 4 depending on how I feel Sunday after my long run. I am following Hal Higdon's program. I ran 7 and realized I should have done a 5K this Saturday. I just totally spaced that. As for my shoes, they are pretty new. Just got them right before I started training (2 months ago) and I only wear them to run.

If you don't like egg beaters, you can do the same thing with just an egg in a cup. Scrambled it up, pour in bowl and microwave. Simple and amazing!
