Sounds like a challenge I should try, I am not that good at maintaining my food diary. I am over on calories already today. I am not disheartened but I did log everything, do better tomorrow

Hi, Hope it's going well so far, I'm in the UK too, looking at losing 35-40 pounds, I'm hoping to lose most of it by August. Just using MFP and trying to get a better balance with food and exercise, I'm still going to have treats if I can but be more sensible about what I eat and what I do, feel free to add me

Thanks Jessica, it's not so bad when I'm at work but the days off are a bit tempting at the moment, we,re trying to not have treats in the house so I don't eat them. Good luck to you too.
