    Hey, how are you? I'm not sure what credentials you need to be a diet buddy. I've been using this app since early Jan and have lost 3lb without changing much so I'm pretty happy with that. I've a fair way to go tho. How about you?

    Hi Sam. I've been using this app for a little while and I still have a way to go. But I have just spent 5 days visiting my family in the UK so a few pounds have gone back on.

    Add as a friend/diet buddy. Just starting to use MFP again, I had lost a little weight last year but I have put it and more back on since September so having to start again, I'm Kerry and unfortunately not anywhere sunny right now. Good luck
