I haven't had a cigarette in like two weeks and although I really dont want one...... I have seriously seen an dramatic increase in my cravings for sweets... :-(

I actually used to do this when I was doing medifast... It's actually pretty darn good! alot of times I would use preserves instead of syrup and it gave it a great fruity taste

I usually allow myself a cheat meal once in a while but I had my cheat meal over the weekend so I am really feeling guilty. I feel like I murdered someone... LOL... Oh well back on track...

Sounds to me like your also gaining muscle... Muscle is more dense then fat and I know ALOT of people who's scale barely move but their clothes size dose..... It's called a NSV (non scale victory) and they are the best kind! Congrats!

My biggest thing is sweets, but your right 21 days to form a habit... I need to keep a countdown calender with me and try to use this method for not eating sweets. Good story btw :-)
