No that just means you need more fiber in your diet lol

Without the massive amounts of brownies I have had today, I'd only have 13g of sugar. So it's very possible to not go over 32 or 23g of sugar each day. Just choose your fruits wisely and eat vegetables.

Quest protein bars. 3g net carbs.

Maybe get a smaller crockpot and learn some recipes for that? BBQ chicken comes to mind. The more from scratch and fresh you can make you food, the less sodium you will have in it.

The way I learned was to hide them in things I do like and to doctor them up really well. Blend some carrots into your spaghetti sauce. Mix other veggies with mashed potatoes. Eat a whole lot of Ranch dressing with each bite. Eventually (and doesn't take long), you get used to the taste and you can back off of the…

I read labels all the time. For about every 3 items I pick up, only 1 ends up in my cart. There are many reasons why :)

For vegetables or fruit just type in the vegetable and the word "raw". This will bring the non-user added whole food to the top of the list. Example "broccoli raw" For meats, I type in how I cooked it. Example "porksteak broiled" then I look for the one that says this. If you use this website: nutritiondata.self.com/ it…

I've done something similar and it takes a few weeks to be ok without having so many carbs. I suggest spicing up your protein as much as you can. Lots of seasonings. If you like spicey, go with that. It's makes it more satisfying.

This is my new baby, Milo! Rescued him from animal control. Was $90 to adopt him, but so far he has cost me $600 due to having Parvo and other problems. I wouldn't trade him for the world though. Love him!

I don't. It's too inaccurate for me. How do you know you are measuring in the exact same place everytime? How do you know you aren't just measuring a little tighter than last time?

I'm on there. And yeah I get the pervs. I keep thinking maybe there will be a prince (or at least a decent guy) among the frogs. Just ignore the pervs. They are everywhere lol

Go to www.subway.com and look it up :)

I try to be careful and not talk about it much and definitely try to not put anyone down for their food choices. I know I used to get annoyed by friends when they obsessed about dieting. Most of my friends are learning that this isn't a diet for me. It's a lifestyle.

Braggs Aminos is supposed to be a good substitute for soy sauce. It's no sodium I think, and I know people that use it. I haven't though so I can't give an honest answer that it's a good substitute.

This thread is probably going to get ugly due to the OP's title choice. It wasn't USA's snub. It was NBC's.

If you have insulin resistance along with the PCOS (most people do), then yes, it can make weight gain easy and weight loss hard because your body doesn't react to insulin the way it should.
-
175g of carbs is a good place to start with PCOS. Like the rest of us with PCOS, you are probably a "carb addict". Start with the 175 but work to get it around 100g. That seems to be what most people do and it seems to work. You don't have to get rid of all carbs or do drastic low carb. Just stay away from the processed…

I have a Polar FT7 and it's safe for swimming. I don't think fitbits are waterproof but I could be wrong. You're not supposed to wear an HRM all the time. Something about the calculations wouldn't be accurate.

I went to the website. The High Fiber/Low carb ones have 110 calories. The Spinach and Herbs ones have 74 and the same amount of net carbs. Maybe you could go with those next time? The Tomato Basil ones have 68 carbs and same amount of net carbs.

Maybe they are a different size? Check the serving size weight (should be in grams). Mission has carb balance tortillas in 3 different sizes. Calories range from 80 calories to 210.

LOVE cottage cheese with spaghetti or in lasagna :)

With a fork.

300g? Isn't a normal serving a cereal about 30g (1 oz)? That's 10 servings....

I like using that website for foods that don't have nutrition labels (meats, fruits, veggies)

You can select the way you cooked the chicken and then a serving size of one drumstick, skin and bone removed, or just bone removed. Looks like the skin on one drumstick has 2 grams of protein and 4 grams of fat.
