  • Interresting. I've had Hashimoto's for 20 yrs diagnosed. I had been eating about an entire pound of almonds/wk! They were a great protein-fiber source that I loved. Last month I had a blood test for food sensitivities-intolerance. Number one food I need to stay away from: almonds! So I'm gonna continue to keep them…

  • Amen to the supplements----keeps us at our optimal health so we can get on with the losing of the fat! Also, protein, protein! I didnt used to consider it much, but now one of my daily goals is minimum 90 gms/day. Keeps me filled up which is how eating 1200-1500 cals/day finally became DOABLE!
  • Hi, I just saw this challenge this morning and jumped right in! I'm turning 50 on Christmas eve, so I've already been having the goal of giving myself a healthy BMI for my bday. Not sure if I can make that goal, which would be 16 more lbs. by then, but I'm still going for it! What better gift is there??? I'd rather be…
  • Count me in! I'm turning 50 on Christmas eve, and my bday present to myself is to be in healthy BMI range for first time in 11 years! That means at least another 19 lbs. by Christmas. We're gonna do this! Maturity is a huge asset in the fat fighting arena!

I now eat my exercise cals and I am amazed at how good I feel, how much I can enjoy food, and the weight is coming off! I love this…

The only thing worse than falling off track is…
