I have done 750mins of exercise burning up 6719 calories.
I have completed the water drinking challenge and I am now on first name terms with a lot of bathrooms.
My first goal I set was to lose 3 stone for my holiday and I am so pleased to say I reached that goal on the day I go. Everyone here helps motivate me, you are all inspirational thank you so much.

Thanks tsumpter.... The last couple of weeks have been a big lesson learning time for me.... I was feeling pretty fatigued, and so I increased my calories. I know this is SO hard for some of us to do, but I am determined to focus on health and wellness... I fully believe if we do that then the scales will fall into line.... I proved that to myself the past 2 weeks... I feel MUCH better, I've eaten more calories, AND lost 2.8 pounds.. I know I won't lose that every week, but I needed to see that more calories really can mean more weight loss as long as those calories are healthy foods.... I'm a believer!!! Now, I will step off of my new soap box...:)0
