    Hopefully I will be able to log in next week.... I am having usreger on monday so after Sunday I won't be exercising for at least a week and then I can start walking.

    Thanks tsumpter.... The last couple of weeks have been a big lesson learning time for me.... I was feeling pretty fatigued, and so I increased my calories. I know this is SO hard for some of us to do, but I am determined to focus on health and wellness... I fully believe if we do that then the scales will fall into line.... I proved that to myself the past 2 weeks... I feel MUCH better, I've eaten more calories, AND lost 2.8 pounds.. I know I won't lose that every week, but I needed to see that more calories really can mean more weight loss as long as those calories are healthy foods.... I'm a believer!!! Now, I will step off of my new soap box...:)

    BLC's reminder that today is checkin. I'm still missing check in information from all five teams. This weeks team challenge which will start today, Friday, August 5th. The challenge will be to workout/exercise at least 30 minutes per day for at least 5 days.
