hahaha i totally know what you mean :) we thought I had PCOS for a while but once i started exercising it helped a lot! Ive also noticed it's lighter than before as well. Waaaaaaaay more regular! still a chance I may have PCOS but at least I am a normal working woman!

I very rarely use salad dressing. Everyone back home always makes fun of me for it as well! And if I do use dressing (if my salad is more plain) I use lemon juice. Also, if I go out I ask for the dressing on the side and will dip the ends of my fork in it occasionally.

I am 5'10 with a medium to larger size build and hourglass shaped (not like HEY BABE. SHES LIKE AN HOUR GLASS!!! As in my hips are wider than my waist and my chest is larger as well) Anywhoooosers.
