Hi and welcome to MFP. I started myself in 2008 but didnt keep up with it... now i am starting again.. you need to basically calculate your calories and try to stick to your resolve, although its easier said than done.... so lets work together in losing weight and keep a target 9of losing 5 pounds a month

Yeah..... i don't have any medical problem as such but i just don't know how to get started on exercise... what exercise to do and i dont have a proper exercise regimen

hI Tam Tastic. its a cry for help. i want to be like you. motivated and strong. but somehow i keep on losing my focus and have lost only 2 pounds since i joined in Sept 2-008. i want yoyu to give me a diet and exercise programme

u r so lucky to have lost all the weight. i wish i could say the same for myself. for last one week i have been hogging.. and because of that i started cheating and not writing my log on days i felt ashamed of myself...
