June starting weight -159 June goal -154 Ultimate goal -130 1st -159 8th -159 15th - 22nd - 29th - Hi y’all, Monday are my weigh in days. I reached my goal of walking 5000 steps per day. This week’s goal is 8000 steps per day and include simple exercises. Second goal is to limit sodas to once a day.
