    Business trip went well in that I didn't gain. Didn't lose either, but not gaining is still good in my book. Now to try to carve out time to exercise again.

    Trying intermittent Fasting. My plan is eating health meals between 8am and 6pm.
    Does anyone have experience in this fasting craze?

    Couldn't weigh in today... had a super early shift at work covering for someone else and had to get up at 4am. I didn't bother weighing because at 4am I still have most of my previous day's food and water inside me!

    There's likely to be some fluctuation over the next few days. I exercised yesterday for the first time in a while so I'm super sore today, I'm having a Chinese tonight so sodium will be up tomorrow, and tomorrow's another 10 mile walk so I'll be eating more and weigh a little more in waste on Monday
    It's not real weight though, so it's fine

    The short answer is that I'm 215.0 today. Working toward 214!
